By accessing or using HerAlpha, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

HerAlpha provides AI-powered relationship guidance designed to help users reflect on dating, romantic uncertainty, emotional overthinking, communication patterns, and relationship decision-making.

HerAlpha may provide:

• AI-generated responses
• relationship reflection prompts
• practical next-step suggestions
• conversation history
• Free and Premium access tiers

HerAlpha is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or emergency support.

HerAlpha does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing an emergency, safety concern, abuse, self-harm risk, or mental health crisis, contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a licensed professional.

HerAlpha uses AI systems to generate responses. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for evaluating any guidance before acting on it. HerAlpha does not guarantee any relationship outcome, personal result, emotional result, or decision outcome.

Do not rely on HerAlpha as your only source of advice for serious, urgent, legal, medical, safety, or financial decisions.

You are responsible for:

• The information you choose to share
• How you interpret and use HerAlpha responses
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Ensuring your use of HerAlpha complies with applicable laws
• Making your own final decisions

You should avoid sharing information you do not want processed by an AI service.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at heralpha1@proton.me.

HerAlpha may offer a Free plan and a Premium subscription.

The Free plan may include limited AI replies per month. HerAlpha Premium may include unlimited conversations or additional features, depending on the plan shown at checkout or on the Pricing page.

Subscription details, price, billing interval, and included features are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By subscribing to HerAlpha Premium, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

HerAlpha does not store your full payment card number.

Your billing information may be processed by Stripe according to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

You can cancel HerAlpha Premium through your Profile page and the billing portal.

If you cancel, your Premium access will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated. After that, your account may return to the Free plan.

Unless required by applicable law, payments for HerAlpha Premium are generally non-refundable.

Deleting your account or cancelling your subscription does not automatically create a refund. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at heralpha1@proton.me.

You may delete your HerAlpha account from your Profile page.

When you delete your account, HerAlpha will attempt to remove or anonymize app data associated with your account, subject to legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and compliance requirements.

Deleting your account may cancel your active subscription, but it does not automatically create a refund.

You agree not to use HerAlpha to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
• Bypass usage limits, security measures, or payment restrictions
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Use HerAlpha for emergency, crisis, or safety-critical decisions

You retain responsibility for the content you submit to HerAlpha.

By submitting content, you give HerAlpha permission to process it as needed to provide the service, generate AI responses, maintain conversation history, operate product features, secure the platform, and comply with our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

We aim to keep HerAlpha available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of HerAlpha at any time. We may also change features, plan limits, pricing, or access rules. If changes materially affect paid subscriptions, we will provide notice where appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate access to HerAlpha if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

HerAlpha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that HerAlpha will meet your expectations, produce specific relationship outcomes, be error-free, or always provide accurate or suitable guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HerAlpha and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, relationships, opportunities, or emotional outcomes arising from your use of the service.

HerAlpha may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI model providers, and infrastructure providers.

Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of HerAlpha is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continuing to use HerAlpha after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
